A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on September 25, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 3, 2013.

On December 17, 2012, the Defendant called “KT Internet” at the French site, and applied for new membership of “KT Internet” through B’s resident registration number that was known in advance without B’s permission, and used the opened Internet under B’s name.

Accordingly, the defendant used B's resident registration number unlawfully.
