On December 20, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-wheeled vehicle in the section of approximately 500 meters from the old-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 1433-148, to the old 46, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.130% among blood transfusions on December 20, 2017.
