A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 9, 2016, at around 10:30 on May 9, 2016, the Defendant driven B-b motor vehicle in a section of about 500 meters from the street in front of the long distance in Tae-dong, Taenam-si, Taenam-si to the upper end of about 37 meters from Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
