Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2018, at around 02:55, the Defendant driven a car on the Bcoon owned by the pro-gu company under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.157% (measurement result) in the section of about 500 meters from the Cussing 14-1 of the central market of Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, which was located in 14-1 3-1 way from the Cussing 14-1 of the same city, to the front road of the Radio Star Puss 38 in the same city.
