1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

On February 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false statement to the effect that he/she caused a traffic accident on behalf of the said B by demanding the said B to make a false statement that he/she would have caused a traffic accident on behalf of the said B, even though he/she escaped without taking any measures to rescue the victim, while driving the said car without obtaining a driver’s license; and (b) prepared a false statement to the effect that he/she caused the traffic accident at the transportation survey station office of the Ansan Police Station located in the Ansan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si on the same day at around 09:20 and around 09:5.
