Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person with no certain occupation, and even if he/she borrows money from others because he/she is not in good financial status, such as bonds, due to a large amount of debt such as bonds, etc., the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the money, and even if he/she did not have the intention or ability to properly operate the number system, he/she did not have the intention or ability to pay the money under
1. On April 11, 2008, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D, stating that “When he/she lends money, he/she will give four additional interest to him/her, and if he/she wishes to repay the principal, he/she will pay it at any time if he/she will do so only before a week, he/she will pay it at any time,” from the victim, he/she received KRW 5 million from the victim under the name of the national bank account (Account Number G) in the name of the Defendant, and acquired KRW 3.6 million from Jun. 3, 2008, he/she received KRW 3.6 million from the victim to receive KRW 8.6 million in total twice.

On July 2008, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim H stated that “When he/she lends money, he/she will pay interest on the money to the victim, he/she will do so at any time if he/she talks only before a day, and he/she will pay the principal at any time.” From the victim on July 29, 2008, he/she was transferred KRW 4 million from the victim to the national bank account (Account Number G) in the name of the Defendant, and acquired KRW 13 million on or around September 1, 2008 by receiving remittance of KRW 13 million from the victim on two occasions in total.

On December 31, 2007, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, 2007, stating that “The Defendant shall pay the victim interest at any time on the part of the Defendant’s national bank account (Account Number G) in the name of the Defendant on the part of the Defendant on the part of the Defendant, stating that “The Defendant shall pay the victim interest by lending the money, and if the Defendant wishes to pay the principal, he shall pay the principal at any time only before a day.” This is three million won in the name of the Defendant’s national bank account (Account Number G).
