A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around 2005, operated the wholesale and retail business of fishery products from around 2005 to around 2008, operated the wholesale and retail business of fishery products, and was a partner of the company called D that the Defendant was running the wholesale and retail business of the Defendant. However, although the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the said money even if he borrowed money from the victim G due to a very bad economic situation, the Defendant deceivings the victim G as above and deceivings the victims 18 times in total from October 11, 2010 as shown in the separate crime list, including receiving five million won from the female as the borrowed money.
