A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

Around September 10, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant shall repair a ship, if he/she lends 36 million won to a third party, he/she shall be paid within one year, and he/she shall be paid at any time if he/she talks only before he/she reaches a month when he/she needs to do so. It shall be paid 400,000 won per month.”

However, the fact was that there was a debt up to KRW 200 million at the time, and the monthly income of an amount equivalent to KRW 3 million had been repaid in the way of a referring to the above debt, and even if the victim borrowed money from the victim, there was no intention or ability to repay the debt according to the agreement.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, was given KRW 36 million on the same day from his female as the borrowed money.
