A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was the head of the Gyeong-nam General Headquarters of Korea Co., Ltd. for the purpose of software development and sale.

E Around November 2007, when proposing a sale business of the “SDR” in which the entire world’s Internet creation is opened with a single character, he/she shall exercise overall control over his/her business as the president of the above company, and F shall take charge of business affairs as vice president. G shall take charge of the revenue and expenditure-related affairs as the vice president of the head office, and the defendant shall take charge of the business activities related to the solicitation of investors, and he/she shall, after deciding to take charge of the business activities related to the solicitation of investors, arrange to acquire money from investors in the form of investment funds by acquiring money from investors.

However, in fact, the said scoo has not been equipped with any facilities for the production of the said scooter, and only the said dividends or interest was paid to the invested funds, and it is also invested from investors, such as the failure to produce the scooter without being equipped with the facilities for the scooter.
