Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] Defendant C was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Door-to-Door Sales Act at the Daegu District Court on December 8, 2017, and two years of a suspended sentence, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2017. Defendant G was sentenced to two years of a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, Etc. at the Daegu District Court on December 8, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2018.

1. Crimes related to the FX-M trading;
A.
