A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) operated a company, such as the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. and the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd.; and (b) attempted to obtain a loan for business funds, but did not intend to obtain a loan due to the company credit, etc.; (c) provided a monthly rent contract form in the Defendant’s residence from the blicker; (d) provided a proposal to allow the Defendant to obtain a loan by forging a pre-sale agreement and use it as above.

On February 31, 2017, the Defendant sent an apartment lease agreement with Kwikset in front of the Defendant’s residence on August 31, 2013, using Kwikset Service prior to the Defendant’s dwelling under Songpa-gu Seoul FF AF 2201, to Blokset. Based on the contents of the above contract, the Defendant: (a) on August 31, 2013, based on the contents of the above contract, G leased KRW 2201 to H and I by the lessee; (b) and (c) on August 31, 2013, the lessor: (a) concluded an apartment lease agreement with H on August 31, 2013, stating that the lessor leased KRW 91,200,000,000 to H; (b) concluded an application for the above apartment lease agreement with the lessee under the name of the said lessor, and (c) made the lessee enter into the said apartment lease agreement under the name of the said lessor and the said broker, thereby making it known to G.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with the above influenite loan hub, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, forged two chapters of the lease contract for apartment in the name of G and J, and exercised them.

2. The Defendant is aware of the forgery of private documents related to L’s name and the use of a falsified investigation document that the owner of ordinary real estate did not properly verify the certified copy of the real estate register.
