A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Counterfeiting an official document;
A. On August 28, 2008, the Defendant entered “E” letters in the column of the building site, “F clan No. H, and one parcel outside of the Incheon Metropolitan City,” the name of the building owner, “multi-family housing (multi-family housing)” letters in the name of the head of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, with the aim of exercising the right at the Defendant’s building designer office, and copied “multi-family housing (multi-household housing)” letters in the name of the head of the office of Nam-gu, Incheon, and forged a permit for construction, large-scale repair, and large-scale repair under the name of the head of the office of Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, which is a public document.
B. On October 19, 2009, the Defendant: (a) entered the name “I” written by using a computer in the column for permitting the use of “I”; (b) inserted the letter “F clan J” in the column for the building owner; (c) inserted the name “Seoul-gu Incheon Metropolitan City in the column for the name of the building; (d) inserted the name of the building in the column for the name of the building; and (e) copied the word “multi-family housing (multi-family housing)” in the name of the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City under the name of the office of the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is a public document, in the name of the office of the building; and (e) forged the construction, alteration of use, and permission for large-scale repair under the name of the head of the office of Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, which is a public document.
2. Exercising forged official documents;
A. On August 28, 2008, the Defendant issued to K a license for construction, substantial repair, and alteration of the use of a forged public document under the name of the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office on August 28, 2008, which is a forged public document, at a farm operated by K, located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around August 28, 2008.
B. The Defendant, around October 19, 2009, KK located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
