A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a person operating D Agricultural Partnership Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D Agricultural Partnership”), who actually runs the Korea-style Village development project at the Dong-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, Incheon-si, in order to obtain a loan from a financial institution as security because it did not have obtained a construction permit from the office of the Dong-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan-gu, U.S., G, H, I, I, and J land, which is the site for the creation of the Korea-style Village, was unable to obtain a loan of the said land as security, as if the construction permit was obtained for the said land, thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to obtain a loan from the financial institution as security.

1. On February 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that D’s employees of the Korea-style Village in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) stated that “proving a report on construction, large-scale repair, and alteration of the use thereof,” and stated in the column for permission “L” in the column for construction “2013-Construction and Construction-Report -89; and in the column for construction; and (c) Gyeonggi-do’s name in the column for construction; and (d) stated “2,091 square meters in the column for the site area; and (d) on February 15, 2013 at the bottom of the document, the Defendant: (a) stated the name of the head of the Si/Gu in the name of the Si/Masan-dong; and (b) forged and altered the use thereof under the name of the Sinsan-dong; and (b) stated the name of the head of Sinsan-dong for the purpose of exercising the official seal affixed to that.

2. Exercising forged official documents;

A. On April 23, 2013, the Defendant issued “a certificate of completion of construction, large-scale repair, and change of the purpose of use,” under the name of the head of Ilyang-gu Office I and J land in the name of the head of Ilyang-gu Office I and the head of Ilyang-dong Office I and J land, which was forged as prescribed in paragraph 1, to the employees N of the Central Appraisal & Assessment Corporation, after conducting a field investigation in relation to the appraisal and assessment of the relevant land at the site for the Han-dong village located in Ilyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.”
