Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is a defendant shall indicate the place of origin in a false manner or sell it in a disguised manner;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as the representative director of the partnership B corporation in the former North Chang-gun E, purchased the active domestically domestically from January 2014, and intended to make a false indication of origin with the domestic acid, thereby selling disguised goods to the traders.
