Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 201, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the crime of forging private documents, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 20, 201, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the Seoul Southern Prison on May 20, 2012. Defendant A sells kimchi and food materials using a vehicle with the trade name “D”.

No person shall sell goods in disguised manner with an indication of origin.

Nevertheless, around October 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a package of KRW 241,800 in China, purchased from “G” operated by “F; (b) opened a package of KRW 26,41,800 in total from “G”; and (c) sold domestically 20 km Kimchi 10,000 in the “H” package indicating the country of origin in the country of origin in which the country of origin is indicated as domestic products; (d) sold the country of origin disguisedly in the “J Young-gu” package of Kimchi-gu in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for sale on October 31, 2014.

In addition, from February 3, 2014 to November 10, 2014, the Defendant sold in total KRW 105,450,000 by forging the country of origin of China 55,60km throughout 25 times, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (A) from around February 3, 2014 to undermining the country of origin of China.

2. Defendant B is a person who sells kimchi and food materials using a vehicle in the trade name of “K”.

Nevertheless, around October 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a package of KRW 39,900 in China, purchased from “G” operated by “F; (b) opened a package of KRW 39,900,00 in total from “G”; (c) sold KRW 30 km-chi 30,000 in Korea, among the following parking lots for the building of Mapo-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (d) stored the package of “H” whose country of origin is indicated as domestic products, in a way that the country of origin is sealed again; and (d) sold at KRW 60,000 in Korea, among the foregoing, the restaurant M in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
