1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a non-official, has forged a certificate of confirmation that the issuance of the U.S. passport is being carried out by the U.S. Embassy in Korea, and had the intention to exercise it at the time of entering a casino exclusively for foreigners.

1. On January 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) using a computer for the purpose of uttering in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan Shipping Daegu, 105 Dong 4403, which is the Defendant’s residence; and (b) using the computer for the purpose of uttering in English without the permission of the Embassy of the U.S. in Korea; (c) “this document confirms that the document is proceeding at the Embassy of the U.S. Republic of Korea as of the issuance of the U.S. passport (U.S. passport number D, U.S

The lowest Embassy seems to have consumed approximately three months to six months until the completion of the process of issuing the passport.

It is recognized that the document will substitute for the U.S. passport for the period of this time.

At any time, by using e-mail or using the telephone number consisting of the following:

“The U.S. Embassy stated the following as if the Defendant was issued a passport at the U.S. Embassy in Korea, and inserted the S. Embassy mark in Korea, and the horses forged a letter of confirmation in the name of the U.S. Embassy in Korea (English) by describing the address and contact information of the U.S. Embassy in Korea.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. On January 20, 2017, the Defendant, at G casino located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, presented one copy of the certificate of title of the U.S. Embassy in Korea (English) to the employee in charge of casino entry, who was unable to know the forgery to enter the casino exclusively for foreigners, as described in the above “A”, and exercised it as if it were duly constituted.

B. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the I hotel casino located in H on February 16, 2017 at Jeju-si; and (b) at the I hotel casino with no knowledge of the forgery to enter the casino exclusively for foreigners.
