A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on August 8, 2012, is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime in the Eunpyeong Housing Site in the Suwon District Court, ten months, and the same year.

9. 20. On September 1, 2013, the Daejeon District Court rendered each of four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence.

Around 09:00 on October 15, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim N, stating that “The GMT City 330,000 won will be sold to the GM City 330,000 won to the Internet,” with access to the Internet, “The GMT City 330,000 won will be sold to the GM City 330,000 won to the victim N who reported and contacted, including the guarantee of the guarantee.”

However, the defendant did not have the above visibility and did not have the intention or ability to send the visibility even if he received the money from the victim.

The Defendant, as such, made a false statement to the victim, received 330,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank Account in the name of the Defendant.

2. The Defendant, at around 17:30 on the same day, posted a letter to the victim’sO at the same place, which read “Igiobiobio string string 2,00,000 won 70,000 won,” and then reported the letter to the victim’sO that “Igio 2,000,000 won, if Igio 2,000 won, I would see that Igio 2,000 won.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send a ticket even if the defendant did not have the above ticket so that he did not receive money from the victim.

The Defendant, as such, made a false statement to the victim, and received 70,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank Account in the name of the Defendant.
