If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Around 20:55 on November 19, 2019, at the “C” restaurant located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant: (a) made a public insult of the victim D (the victim 37 years of age) who is an employee of the Defendant calculated delivery charge in relation to the initial delivery price; (b) made a mistake in the delivery charge; and (c) made a statement that “I would like to be why I would like to know that I would like to know that I would like to know that I would like to know that I would like to know, and if I would like to know, I would like to recognize that I would like to know, I would like to know that I would like to know that I would like to know, and that I would like to know, that I would like to know, I would like to know.”
