Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On September 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court, and four months of imprisonment for the same crime at the same court on February 6, 2015, respectively, and the execution of the final sentence was terminated at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 16, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle CK5 vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (or on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (or after the accident).

On February 10, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license of a motor vehicle on February 22:45, 2017, proceeded at an insurous speed along the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the north bank of Mapo-gu Seoul to the south bank.

Defendant 1 caused injury to the victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks’ treatment due to such occupational negligence; injury to the victim G, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately three weeks’ treatment; and injury to the victim I (n, six years of age) who was accompanied by HM5 car.
