Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BM5 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On October 24, 2016, at around 23:20 on October 24, 2016, the Defendant proceeded along two lanes from the direction of the new market to the school distance of literature.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving the said SM5 car under the influence of drinking, suffered injury to the victim D, who is the said rocketing taxi driver, by driving the said KS5 car, such as light clocks, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim F, who is the said K5 taxi driver, such as light clocks, tensions, etc., which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment; injury to the victim H, who is the said cruise driver, such as light clocks, tensions, etc.; injury to the victim J (23 years of age) who is the said cruise passenger, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; injury to light clocks, tensions, and tensions, etc., which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and injury to the victim K (the 23 years of age) who is the said cruise passenger, who is the said cruise passenger.
