Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2013, around 01:04, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately three kilometers from the vicinity of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Maamamamamamb, to the road of 223-26 front Dong-dong 203-26 front of the same Gu while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.160%.
