A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:50 on March 5, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol at the three-lane roads of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Maamamamamamamamb, the Defendant driven the Clearning car while driving the 0.159% of the blood alcohol concentration; and (b) bypassing it from the side of the Chungcheong High School at an aesthetic speed along three-lane.

Nevertheless, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected this and went on the right side of the proceeding, and caused the victim B to go beyond the ground by receiving the left-hand bridge of the victim B walking along the crosswalk from the right side of the proceeding to the left-hand side of the pedestrian signal.

As a result, the Defendant rhymd the horses with the influence of drinking, and hymd the walk, and hymd the walked, hymd the snow, hymd, red, etc., with the difficulty of normal driving, and suffered injury, such as hypump salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

B. The Defendant caused a traffic accident as referred to in the above paragraph (a) and continued to operate C-learning cars while drunk, and on the same day, at around 01:55, the Defendant continued to turn to the left at a low speed on the side of the S-Maambro 0.159% of the blood alcohol concentration at the 0.159% under the influence of alcohol concentration in the city of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

On the other hand, there is an intersection in which signal lights are installed, and thus, the driver of the vehicle passes the intersection by reducing the speed and keeping the front door well.
