Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2016, at around 22:48, the Defendant driven a car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.140% in blood alcohol level at approximately 20 meters from the front day of the indictment for equality, from the vicinity of the blue flag and real estate in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
