Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,500,00, and Defendant B by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s office located in Jeju Island with a smartphone to a private gambling site (E, etc.); (b) transferred KRW 2,00,000 from the said gambling site’s account to the bank account in the name of F; and (c) deposited the corresponding game money; and (d) paid the amount of money in the event of betting the games in the Korean Marina, which is anticipated to participate in the racing conducted in the Korean Marina society relaying on that website, the Defendant received dividends from the distribution rate; and (b) lost the betting amount in a way of losing the betting amount, and (c) transferred the money to 80,000 won to 20,000 won in total, as indicated in attached Table 1, from around that time to June 21, 2015; and (d) transferred the money to 200,000 won in total, 200,000 won in Korea’s account using the same method as indicated in attached Table 1.

2. On October 10, 2014, Defendant B visited the Defendant’s office located in the G2 from a computer or smartphone to a private gambling site (H, etc.). On the other hand, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 to a new bank account in the name of the said gambling site, which is the deposit account, from the said gambling site, to a new bank account in the name of the Defendant’s title, and received the corresponding game money, and then, he received the corresponding game money from the Korean Marina, which is anticipated to participate in the racing conducted on the said website, and received the dividend according to the relevant distribution rate, and if he/she received the betting money, he/she did so, he/she did not lose the betting amount, and if he/she did so, he/she did so, he/she did so in the total amount of KRW 270,000 from June 20, 2015 to June 20, 2017.
