Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime such as fraud at the Suwon Friwon on February 2, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 10, 2012.

B Upon receiving the investment money, C decided to take charge of the overall operation of the game room, such as the physical color of the game room where the game machine is installed, the purchase of merchandise coupons necessary for money exchange, the installation of a merchandise coupon board, the installation of a refund club, the management of employees of the game room and a money exchange center, and the management of funds. Defendant A invested some of the funds in the above game room, and registered and managed the above game room in its own name, and received benefits of KRW 3 million per month.
