On May 10, 2016, the Defendant driven Bone Star Cornex on the section of about 2 Km from the street in front of the Gu office of Goyang-si to the front side of the Han-si's 'Korea Light Underground Road', which was under the influence of alcohol content 0.081% among the blood transfusion around 21:33.
