Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.180% from blood alcohol level around the Kimpo-si Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on November 12, 2015, driven Bran-do car at approximately 6km from the street in front of the Kimpo-si Kimpo-si to the right side of the light underground streets.
