A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2015, at around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) heard the statement of the reporter who was called to the site by the police officer of the Ulsan-gun Police Station C police box belonging to the Ulsan-gun Police Station C police station, which was called on the front of the commercial building located in Ulsan-gun B, and sent back to the site after receiving 112 reported telephones; (b) recommended the Defendant to return home; and (c) continued to take the above E arms by hand; (d) assaulting the above D’s chest part by hand at one time, and one time at one time, and interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning handling of reporting duties, and at the same time interfered with the victim’s D (23 years)’s treatment days.
