The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 26, 2013, from around 15:20 to 15:46 of the same day, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C by publicly insulting the victim “Isk knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb.”

2. The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim can be acknowledged to have submitted a written withdrawal of the complaint to the effect that the victim withdraws the complaint after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5)
