Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On November 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking advantage of the gapss in which the victim B was located on his/her book, such as a physical crow card, transportation card, cash 21,000 won, etc., which was located on his/her book, in the reading room of the Suwon-si Suwon-si Suwon-ro Ma-ro 7-gil23; and (b) the third floor reading room of the flood library of the third floor; and (c) by taking advantage of the gapss in which the victim B was located on his/her book, the Defendant took off the

B. At around 19:30 on December 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate, a new card, a carck-type card, etc., located on his/her book, which was located on his/her own, using the gap in which the victim’s E was locked in the knive area C and the knives of the lower-level DPC; (b) caused the theft of the reflect on the market price.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud using computers;

A. On December 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on December 19, 2018, entered the Kakao Card, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (b) in G, into the accelerator order equipment installed in G, and paid KRW 17,300,00, after collecting and inserting the Kakao Card as if it were one’s card; and (b) ordering food.

B. At around 20:07 on the same day, the Defendant continued to place the Kakao Card of E, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (b) of Article 1, in the IPC bank, as if he were his card, and paid 10,000 won for the PC-hour charging time.

Accordingly, the defendant, by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device, has taken property benefits of 27,300 won in total.
