A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on December 4, 2020, at Ccellf photographics B located in Gongju-si B, 2020; and (b) on December 3:4, 2020, the Defendant stolen the victim D’s wall 21,000 won in cash.

1. From November 13, 2020 to November 22:20, 2020 to November 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) acquired a copy of the NongHy Card lost by Victim F on the roads adjacent to the Ecomto; and (b) embezzled it on his own idea without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it.
2. On November 14, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases of Computer, etc., and the Act on Special Cases of Credit Financial Business: (a) around 09:58 around 09:58, G, and H’s room on the second floor; (b) put up the F-owned CPC card, such as the unmanned settlement machine No. 1, and settle KRW 5,000 by using the F-owned CPC without authority as if it was its own card; and (c) around 16:22 on the same day, the Defendant settled KRW 5,00 in the PC by the above method.

1. On October 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around October 27, 2020, at the “C” store located in Gongju-si B around October 27, 2020; (b) at the victim K to acquire one wall carrying 370,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (c) returned it to the victim; and (d) took it as it is on the premise that the Defendant had, without following the necessary procedures.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. Crimes committed on November 17, 2020;
