Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From July 29, 2019: (a) around 07:40 on July 29, 2019, the Defendant: (b) pretended to be a customer in the “D” room operated by the victim C on the first floor underground of the building B in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) separated the main body of the computer located in the seat No. 129 on the PC and used the PC in advance, and separated it by using the CPU in the PC seat No. 129; and (d) took two CPU, SSS cards, one, and two discharge cards from around September 30, 2019 to around September 30, 2009, the Defendant stolen goods equivalent to KRW 2,04,000 via three times, such as the list of crimes in attached Form (1).
