A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:10 on June 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took a cab driven by the victim B (the age of 62) in the subway station near the subway station at the bottom of the city of Busan, and went to the domicile of Kim Sea; (b) around 22:20 on the same day, at around the time the road was passed before the Hyundai Motor Service Center located in the city of Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, the Defendant took a bath to the effect that the victim does not have as soon as possible while complying with the signal, and she took a bath to the effect that “I am off, is responsible for inside, I am responsible for inside, I am am fribling, I am knife”, and knife the victim’s hand by drinking, and knife that was installed in the taxi by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver of a vehicle in operation, and damaged the above four times of repair cost to be approximately KRW 30,000.

2. On June 24, 2016, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) expressed that the police officer D, who was a police officer of the O district unit of the Kimhae Police Station, called “the head of the width, the attorney, and the attorney,” who called “the head of the width, the attorney, and the head of the fire station, are going into the said fire station; and (b) expressed his desire to see that “The head of the fire station, the head of the fire station, the head of the fire station, the head of the Gu, in front of the Kimhae-si, the Kimhae-si, the Kim Jong-si, who was called under the order to report paragraph (1) related to paragraph (1) on the street in front of the fire station of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, in order to verify the Defendant’s personal information and case circumstances; and (c) stated that “The head of the fire station, the head of the fire station, and the head of the fire station, shall immediately have the front rank of D.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling 112 reported cases.
