Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 4, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of road traffic law in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on November 4, 2009. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant requested a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of road traffic law in Busan District Court’s Seocheon Branch Branch, and on April 28, 201, completed the execution of the sentence by the original District Court on January 24, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant, around 21:46 on June 2, 2017, driven a Crocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.225% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a vehicle driver’s license from the front line of a main line where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Dong-dong in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si to the Paris-dong route in the same city.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.

2. On June 18, 2017, the Defendant driven Crocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.146% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the main road in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the vice-driving of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si to the front day of the same tri-dong from the front side of the main road in which it is impossible to identify, on June 18, 2017.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
