Basic Facts

The parties concerned Defendant B is a medical specialist in negon who worked as the director of the medical department at the fourth floor E Hospital of the D D Building in Guro-gu Seoul (hereinafter “instant hospital”) from September 15, 201 to May 30, 2014.
