On December 22, 2012, at around 04:10, the Defendant driven B Mt Motor Vehicle Quantities at approximately 0.174% alcohol level from the front side of the “salma vehicle,” located in the Dobong-gu in the Jeongwon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gangwon-do, to the front side of the “Mat-doll” road located in the same Ri.
