A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the Defendant is unable to discern things or make decisions due to mental illness such as mental disorder, etc.:

1. Accordingly, the defendant tried to destroy a structure that has been living in many people, such as the aboveO, but did not commit an attempted crime.

2. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fire to a structure existing on or around 00:50 on May 17, 2016, has a management office for convenience stores and underground parking lots for 24 hours in C24 hours, taking advantage of plastic bags containing various waste, such as plastics, newspapers, medicine supplies, glass, etc., in the second floor office of Q building, where many people, such as the said store employees, customers, and N in the building manager, exist, and without any reason, in the above Q building’s storage place.
