Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in a motor vehicle rental business while operating a stock company F.
Around April 23, 2011, the Defendant entered into a contract to lend a vehicle for 24 hours at the F Office of Co., Ltd., Ltd. located in I at Jeju, with J andK, and concluded a contract to KRW 50,000, not for a fee of KRW 61,000,000, which was reported by F Co., Ltd., and the F Co., Ltd. did not comply with the terms and conditions of the above contract by collecting KRW 50,00,000 while lending the said vehicle to the said J.
2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in travel agency business while operating L Company. A.
On April 25, 2011, the Defendant entered into a contract to lend a vehicle of the said Aminene for 24 hours in the capacity of the agent of the said Aminene Co., Ltd. at the L Office of M 2nd, on April 25, 2011, and entered into a contract to lend the vehicle of the said Aminene for 24 hours with the Nitius Co., Ltd., and entered into a contract to KRW 42,400,00, not for the rental terms reported by Aminene Co., Ltd., and the Aminene Co., Ltd did not implement the reported rental terms with the amount of KRW 42,40,00 when lending the said vehicle to the said N in accordance with the terms and conditions of the said contract.
