1. The Plaintiff is in the Defendant’s position as the president from November 12, 2015 (No. 1, 2015) to September 30, 2018.

1. Basic facts

6.One secretary general (Election of Officers) Article XI (Election of Officers) shall be elected by the plenary session as follows:

1. The president shall be recommended by descendants within two months of the expiration of his/her term of office, and shall be elected by a resolution of the general meeting through a deliberation of the Religious Council;

2. Vice-chairpersons and paper executive members shall be appointed by the president of the relevant general meeting after being informed of each type of paper and approved by the president of the relevant general meeting;

3. The chief president, the vice-president, and the vice-president of finance shall be appointed by the president from among the vice-chairpersons;

4. The members of the paper affairs committee shall be appointed by the president with the approval of the general meeting, after being inside of each letter by the chief of the paper affairs committee; and

Provided, That it shall be a major hand, a chief hand, a chief hand-off, a chief commissioner, a vice-chairperson, an auditor, and the chief secretary shall be an ex officio member of the standing secretary.

Article 12 (Term of Office) The term of office of officers shall be three years.

Provided, That if a vacancy occurs, the term of office of the predecessor shall be the remainder of the term of office.
