1. The Defendant (Appointed Party) and the designated parties are as follows: KRW 33,276,530, respectively, to each Plaintiff and the designated parties from August 26, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The relationship between the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the designated parties, etc.: (a) The Plaintiff is a clan consisting of descendants of C14 years of age D; (b) D was a head-nam, E, son F, and Samnam G; (c) the descendants of E were up to three members of the Plaintiff’s clan, 200 and G self-employed descendants; (b) the Defendant and the designated parties are the Plaintiff’s clan members; (c) the designated parties H was a person who was the Plaintiff’s president, from May 25, 2013 to August 2013, 2013; and (d) the Defendant was the Plaintiff’s director from around 2010 to August 2013.

3) The main contents of the rules of the Plaintiff, which was amended and enforced on February 19, 2012, are as follows. The executive officers of the clan shall be as follows. Article 6 (Executive Officers) of the rules of the clan: One chairperson, one vice-chairperson, one auditor, two general directors, and 12 directors (three members shall be the ex officio members of the three-party small and medium council and nine members shall be three (3) members of the three-party small and medium council and three (3) representatives of each strike). The term of office of executive officers of Article 7 (Term of Office) shall be three years and may be reappointed in accordance with a resolution of the general meeting. The chairperson, the vice-chairperson, and the auditor shall be elected at the general meeting, elected at all the general meeting.

2) Directors shall be the directors by selecting three ex officio presidents of the three-party sub-councils and three representatives from three-waves, respectively. 3) The general secretary shall be appointed by the chairperson.

Article 11 shall be categorized into an ordinary general meeting and an extraordinary general meeting.

1) The ordinary meeting shall, in principle, be held on Sundays (J Time Day) in October of each year, and if there are circumstances, the chairperson may set a separate day. 2) The extraordinary meeting shall be convened by the chairperson when more than a majority of the officers and when the chairperson considers it necessary.

3) The decisions of the Assembly (a) by the Board of Governors on the following matters: (b) the amendment of the rules of the Assembly (c) the election of officers; (d) the acquisition and disposal of basic assets (e) the special business closing accounts) and other (d) the resolution of the Assembly shall be as follows: (a) the quorum of the Assembly shall be the members who shall be the members of the Assembly and shall be the majority of the members who shall be present at the meeting. Article 12 (Meeting of Officers) 1) The ordinary meeting of officers shall be the third
