As to the crime No. 1 of the judgment of the defendant, a fine of KRW 3 million shall be imposed on the crimes of KRW 2 and 3 of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic law in support of the Sungnam-gu Office of Friwon on January 29, 2016, and was sentenced to 2 years of suspended execution on February 6, 2016, and is still under suspended execution.

1. Any person who has taken over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with a City/Do owner, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she received from D E-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, on April 11, 2016, the Defendant operated a car with x-d-d-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) operated a motor vehicle with a x-d motor vehicle of soflat as set out in paragraph 1 without obtaining a driver’s license in the date and section set forth in paragraph 2.
