Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2015, the Defendant received from D in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the amount of KRW 3 million, from D, E-W-W-W-D vehicle, but did not file an application for registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.
