Criminal facts

On May 7, 2016, the Defendant 2016, the 2016 High 828, without obtaining a driver's license on around 21:40 on May 7, 2016, the Defendant driven D's e-car driving at the section of approximately 800 meters from the street in front of the hospital B located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the same city from the street in front of the hospital B to the street in front of 70 days.

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act, shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent government office under the conditions as prescribed by Acts and subordinate statutes;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she received from the F-A-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, on April 16, 2016, the Defendant operated the F-A-Wurt-Wt-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

3. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant was driving a f-hurd vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 1km from the 594-5 Do in the same Gu to the front road of the C Hospital located in the same Gu from the 594-5 Do in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Annsan-si.
