Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated a C vehicle in around 12:55 on September 24, 2016, and the written indictment contains a clerical error in which the phrase “working C vehicle” was omitted, but there is no possibility of causing disadvantages to the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense; and
