1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2016, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car at around 22:50, and driven a five-lane road near the 373rd west-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, in the direction of Hannam, along one lane towards the intersection, led to the intersection immediately preceding the intersection.
