Punishment of the crime

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses passing along roads shall follow signals conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, at around 15:22 on November 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the signal by making a U-turn when the crosswalk is walking signal or when the vehicle signal is on the straight line. However, the Defendant violated the signal by making a U-turn when the walking signal and the vehicle signal is red light.
