Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative director of corporation B, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling edible milk.
1. Defendant A
(a) Foods for sale after determining the standards for ingredients of foods in violation of the Food Sanitation Act (standards and specifications concerning foods or additives), shall be manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, and preserved in accordance with such standards, and foods that do not meet such standards and specifications shall not be sold, nor manufactured, processed, preserved, or displayed for sale;
Nevertheless, on April 17, 2013, the Defendant manufactured F 120.91km (330 x203, 160 x37, 160 x1) of F 7.6 (330 x20 mx37, 160 mx1) exceeding 2.0 m. 7 m., and sold to G 101.7 m. (330 m. x145, 160x37) and kept 19.41 m. (30 m. x58) for sales purposes.
(b) No food for sale shall be sold, or imported, displayed, transported, or used for business for sale, unless an indication meeting the standards is made, after determining the standards for labels of violation of the Food Sanitation Act (mark standards);
Nevertheless, on April 17, 2013, the Defendant indicated the F 330 x203, 160 x37, and 160 x1’s circulation period, which is six months from the date of production, as of October 16, 2013, which is six months from the date of production, as indicated on October 19, 2013, in the list of crimes in the attached Form, such as the F c c , which was manufactured from April 17, 2013 to April 25, 2013, and used for sale purposes without indicating the term of validity of the product, such as F c , which was manufactured on April 17, 2013 to April 25, 2013, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. A, the representative director of the defendant B, who is the defendant, violated the above standards, specifications, and indication criteria concerning the defendant's business at the above time and place.
