Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the Industry Co., Ltd., which is livestock products in Daegu-gun District Co., Ltd.

1. Violation of the Food Sanitation Act;

(a) If necessary for national health, the Minister of Food and Drug Safety shall determine and publicly notify matters concerning foods or additives for sale (hereinafter “food standards and specifications”) and shall not sell foods or additives that do not meet the food standards and specifications, nor manufacture, import, process, use, cook, cook, subdivide, transport, preserve or display such foods or additives for sale;

According to the food raw materials standards and standards prescribed in food standards, when an enterprise subject to permission, registration, or reporting purchases or uses food raw materials, it shall meet the food standards and standards, the registration of manufacturing business of which has been made.

From January 2015 to July 2015, the Defendant purchased a multi-dried food manufacturing process from D’s place of business to E, an enterprise which did not register as a factory, and sold shacks 14,968km, 19,772,72,728 won by using the food manufacturing process.

In violation of the processing standards as seen above, the Defendant purchased a multi-level horse in E, an enterprise which did not register manufacturing business, and used it for the purpose of sale.

(b) No foods, etc., the standards for labeling determined by the Minister for Food, Drug and Safety in violation of the standards for labelling, shall be sold, imported, displayed or transported for sale, or used for business, unless they are labeled to meet such standards;

From January 2015 to October 9, 2015, the Defendant purchased a large number of gars without any indication in E, which is an enterprise whose food manufacturing was not registered as a factory at D’s place of business, and used it for sale, and manufactured and sold c2,873kg, 43, 438, 217 won.
