Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In order to request the defendant to become a witness for a sexual assault complaint case against B, who is the believers of a church that he/she is appointed as a former company, the defendant found the victims of the sexual assault case of B several times.
1. Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
Defendant B is a disabled person of Grade II with intellectual disability, and Defendant A is a person who engages in agriculture and serves as a guardian of Defendant B while engaging in agriculture.
1. Defendant A’s initial statement that Defendant A was sexual assaulted by Defendant B around May 2018, following the Defendants’ initial remarks that Defendant A had been sexual assaulted by Defendant B during a few months thereafter, and Defendant B’s additional sexual assault was heard.
