A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chief of C's headquarters, the victim D was a suspended member of the above company, and the victim E was an employee of the service company of the above company as a contractual employee in the above company.
